What to bring (each is optional):<\/b><\/p>\n

–<\/span>Laptop<\/span><\/i> for note-taking, participating in online\/offline demos, getting help from another attendee, or showing off your stuff.<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>Business cards<\/span><\/i> for networking.<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>Writing utensil<\/span><\/i> and something to write on for note-taking, networking, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>Cell phone<\/span><\/i> for networking and to take\/share pictures (on social media hashtag #WCRaleigh)<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>A Twitter account<\/span><\/i> to keep up with the <\/span>#WCRaleigh hashtag<\/span><\/a> posts by other attendees. Make sure to follow the official <\/span>@wordcampraleigh account<\/span><\/a> as well!<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>Slack access<\/span><\/i> for asking questions. There\u2019s a channel for each track as well as one for general information. You can also get help in the #happiness_bar channel. Sign up here: <\/span>http:\/\/wordcampraleigh.herokuapp.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

–<\/span>Dress code<\/span><\/i>: You\u2019ll see clothes from shorts\/flip flops to suits, and everything in-between, with the trend toward the casual end of the spectrum. Wear something weather appropriate that you feel most comfortable in. <\/span><\/p>\n

What we’ll provide:<\/b><\/p>\n

-Coffee, tea, water<\/span><\/p>\n

-Snacks (including gluten-free)<\/span><\/p>\n

-Five tracks of WordPress awesomeness (advance signup is required for the ]three workshops, but not for the other sessions)<\/p>\n

-Plenty of time between sessions for networking and\/or learning with speakers, sponsors, and other attendees<\/span><\/p>\n

-Full lunch on Saturday at <\/span>On The Oval<\/b><\/p>\n

-Donuts on Sunday (Rise Biscuits and Donuts)<\/p>\n

-Free wifi courtesy of NC State University – ncsu-guest (no password required)<\/p>\n

–<\/span>Happiness Bar<\/span><\/i> throughout WordCamp where you can ask questions from volunteers including speakers.<\/span><\/p>\n

-One free drink ticket for the afterparty<\/p>\n
